The LW35 Flexy is a compact battery scrubber dryer for hard floors in offices, restaurants, gyms, clinics and other tight spaces. Its Flexy joint lets the body tilt 90° to either side and lie nearly flat, so the 5.9 in base slides under tables, chairs and low furniture.
A front squeegee and rear suction squeegee pick up water going forward and backward, leaving floors clean and dry in one pass with a single 300 W motor. The solution tank sits in the handle, so it steers with very little effort, and the 36V lithium-ion battery runs up to 45 minutes. Made in Italy.
