Not the right fit? You have 30 days from your purchase date to return any product we sell (excluding commercial equipment) for a full refund when it comes back in like-new condition.

Just let us know what you didn't like about the product and how you were using it. We'd appreciate the chance to help you find a better fit, or swap it for a different vacuum.

Bought in our store? The original box isn't required, but the machine must be in like-new condition.
Ordered online or by phone? Contact us within 30 days for a return authorization number (RA#).
Shipping: on orders that shipped free or were delivered locally at no cost, the actual shipping or delivery cost is deducted from your refund. Return shipping is your responsibility.
Exceptions: electrical parts, used wear items and commercial equipment have different rules.
