We have over 40 years of experience in the vacuum cleaner industry and are factory trained. We are an authorized warranty service center for Kirby, Miele, Sebo, Riccar, Simplicity and others. We also service & repair everything we sell.

If your vacuum is running and has power, we will be able to inspect your machine while you are here and provide you with a free estimate. If there is no power, a deposit is required to cover our time to properly diagnose your machine and provide an accurate estimate. A portion of that deposit will go towards any repair you approve.

Questions & Answers

What brands of vacuums do you repair?

We repair most makes and models that are currently made, along with older brands that are no longer around. We have multiple resources to help us locate parts that are hard to find. We are happy to help you out.

Is it worth repairing my vacuum?

Often, yes. We've helped thousands of customers save money by keeping their vacuum running. We will evaluate the overall condition of your vacuum and recommend if we think it is worth repairing. We will never recommend a repair if the cost is greater than 50% of a comparable new machine.

What if my vacuum has no power?

We require a deposit on all machines that do not power on. This covers our time to assess your problem and provide an accurate estimate. A portion of your deposit will go towards any approved repair.

How long does a vacuum repair take?

Every repair is different, so we can't promise a time frame until we've seen your vacuum. We'll tell you up front if a part has to be ordered and provide you an expected completion date.

Do you offer same-day service?

Same-day service is available by appointment only. Call or text us to set it up.

Is your repair work guaranteed?

Yes. All of our work is guaranteed for a minimum of 90 days, up to 1 year. See the store for details.
