Yes. Our factory-trained, certified technicians handle SEBO warranty repairs, maintenance and out-of-warranty service, including SEBO vacuums bought elsewhere. For warranty work on a machine you didn't buy from us, just bring proof of purchase (a copy of your receipt).

It depends on your home and your budget. If your home is larger than 3,000 square feet, you'll want to consider the Airbelt D4 Premium. Its bag has twice the capacity, it has a huge cleaning radius, and its stable four-caster design prevents tipping. The Airbelt E3 Premium is our favorite canister because it gives you the best value when you consider its performance, durability and ease of use. The Airbelt K3 Premium is a proven workhorse at an entry-level price that still offers everything that makes SEBO great. The best thing to do is come in and try them.

Not quite. A turbo tool's brush is spun by the vacuum's airflow, so some suction goes into turning the brush, and it can slow down on thicker carpets and rugs. The ET-1 has its own electric motor, so the brush keeps spinning at full speed while all the suction goes to picking up dirt. A turbo tool is fine for light rugs and upholstery, but for wall-to-wall carpet the ET-1 cleans deeper. In our experience, customers can see up to a 30% improvement in cleaning performance on certain carpets and rugs when using a SEBO Airbelt canister equipped with a motorized power head.

Any SEBO using the standard blue-bristle brush roll, found on all SEBO uprights and select Airbelt canisters, does a great job cleaning up pet hair. As an added bonus, pet configurations come standard with a turbo brush for furniture and stairs and an odor-absorbing filter, and both can also be purchased as options for other models.
