Rainbow part# R1699B is an original belt that fits all early and late model power nozzles using a flat belt.  The R1699B genuine power nozzle drive belt fits all Rainbow vacuum cleaner models from the D3, D4, D4C, SE and E series prior to 2011.

This belt is friction drive and requires a tool or good hand strength in order to stretch the vacuum belt from the power nozzle motor shaft to the brush roller.
